One of the core values at the heart of our ministry is Kingdom collaboration and partnership. We’ve been blessed to work with Levanta Ministries in the Dominican Republic to do just that. Levanta Ministries was founded by Doug and Margaret Beck to “encourage, equip, and empower families in the Dominican Republic to rise above their current situation through the love of Christ”. Their heart for community, education, and church ministry reflects much of the work we have been doing through Young Living Stones for years now.
This recent partnership came by way of our team, as we were able to assist Levanta in making some critical updates to their website. It was no small project, and it was weeks of work, but we are proud that the new site is officially launched and operational. Levanta’s founder said:
“We really needed some help to make our website work correctly and Tekton was so willing to come to our rescue. There were problems with our site that we didn’t even know we had and they were able to take care of them for us. The communication was very easy and everyone I interacted with was kind and gracious. This kind of help is such a blessing in many ways, one being that it lets us focus on the day-to-day ministry in the Dominican Republic instead of trying to figure out web solutions that are out of our league. Many thanks to the Tekton team from all of us at Levanta Ministries!”
This was such a unique and special way to collaborate as Christians from Texas and Mexico serving this ministry remotely from well over a thousand miles away. That’s one of the beautiful aspects of Christ’s Kingdom, it’s not bound by miles or nations but His work spans across the globe. As you read this, we are honored to invite you to pray and partner with Levanta Ministries as they continue to do the work of ministry in the Dominican. We are proud to call them partners in ministry, as we strive side by side to see the gospel proclaimed among the nations and communities transformed by God’s grace.
